My journey from engineering to patent law to corporate counsel gives me a rare vantage point: I understand what your engineers are building, what your investors need to see, and how to protect it all legally. I founded Ghatak Jones PLLC to bring that full-spectrum perspective directly to technology companies navigating complex legal terrain.
